Krieg An essential guide for the historical reenactment community in California, and should be on the bookshelf of anyone interested in the Mexican colonial era in California, and the events leading up to California becoming part of the United States. Dr. Marquart has researched this era extensively, making in-person visits to major and minor sites of historical significance throughout the state. Now she shares the results of her research in this important work.
